Winifred Stow-Wilson is the founder of Stow Wilson Law, where she practices exclusively in family law. She assists clients with divorce, parenting disputes, child support, spousal support, property division, domestic contracts and family court proceedings.

Winifred earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Benin and completed her professional legal training at the Nigerian Law School. She later obtained a Master of Laws in Oil and Gas Law and Policy from the University of Dundee in Scotland.

Licensed to practise law in Ontario, Winifred is committed to helping clients resolve family law disputes through practical advice, effective negotiation and strong courtroom advocacy. She represents clients in both contested and negotiated matters and works closely with each individual to develop a strategy that reflects their goals while protecting their legal rights.

Winifred offers full legal representation as well as limited scope, or unbundled, legal services. These services may include document preparation, legal coaching, negotiation assistance, mediation support and representation for specific court appearances. This flexible approach helps make legal assistance more accessible for clients who require targeted support.
